Display easels for the posters measure 6 feet wide by 4 feet high.
Please keep your poster within these specifications.

Poster set up will be between 7:00AM and 8:00AM on October 12th.
You are required to be present at your poster, during the morning break,
from 10:30AM until 11:00AM and during the dessert reception from 12:45PM until 1:30PM.

All poster presenters must register for the conference.
